The challenge? The @tiffanyandco (https://www.instagram.com/tiffanyandco/) holiday film—something I truly poured a lot of heart into. I was inspired to explore how music and sound could bring a deeper emotional layer to this already beautiful story—something more magical, more intimate, and filled with wonder. From the very beginning, I wanted to enhance the feeling of warmth, joy, and connection that the visuals already express so well. Brian Eno once said: “My interest in making music has been to create something that does not exist that I would like to listen to.” That quote really stayed with me throughout this process. This project was such a joy to create. I hope that passion comes through in every note and every sparkle.

It was such a joy crafting the #soundscape (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/soundscape/): from the silly sci-fi UFO noises to the gentle natural #sounds (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/sounds/) of the landscape and that fuzzy little sheep. Every element was a treat to bring to life, and I’m so happy to have been a part of something so funny, beautiful, and full of personality. Hope you enjoy it

I’m excited to share this again (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNJOz6nuF4m/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)—this time for the #shareyourwork challenge.😊 Following a few happy accidents 🧪, I found myself shaping deliberately “mutilated” textures: a blend of industrial hip-hop, distorted IDM, illbient, digital hardcore, and noise. To balance the grit ⚖️, I folded in traditional Chinese plucked timbres—especially the guzheng—bent, stretched, and re-amped until it clicked 🎼. I began with no clear approach, and then the pieces started connecting 🧩 and the flow arrived (aaand… yep, that’s the moment I chase) ✨ Huge thanks to @fafa_motion (https://www.instagram.com/fafa_motion/) for considering me for the sound design on this beautiful piece.
