MANUAL MEDICAL SUCTION DEVICE CONCEPT INJECTION-MOLDED DFM ENGINEERING DRAWING I engineered an emergency manual medical suction device designed for reliable field use without external power. Developing the mechanical geometry in CAD, I integrated a high-efficiency piston pump assembly, ergonomic hand-grip mechanism, and fluid collection canister.
