Custom WordPress LMS Plugin — Khan Academy-Style Learning Platform Designed and built a complete Learning Management System from scratch as a WordPress plugin — no existing LMS framework — for a Portuguese-language personal finance education site. Architected a hybrid data model that keeps course content in WordPress custom post types (so editors keep native tooling) while moving all per-user state into 7 purpose-built MySQL tables, avoiding the postmeta bloat that cripples off-the-shelf LMS plugins at scale.
