To eliminate this friction, I engineered the AI Contract Assistant. This platform allows organizations to define their business rules, policies, and regulatory compliance standards once—and automatically reviews all incoming emails, contracts, and applications in real time. ⚡ Core Workflow One-Time Rules Setup: Organizations upload internal policy documents, safety guidelines, and legal requirements into a secure vector database. AI Rule Validation: The engine cross-references every clause and term against pre-defined rules, generating instant risk reports. Autonomous Counter-Response: If Compliant: The AI automatically progresses the application and communicates with the sender. Real estate agents need consistent visibility with early-stage buyers and sellers, but most don't have the time or expertise to run their own digital ad campaigns. Best Agent Today set out to solve this with a self-service SaaS platform: agents sign up, pick a plan, and the platform builds and manages branded ad campaigns for them across Facebook, Instagram, and the Google Display Network — no ad-buying knowledge required. What I'm building I'm part of a small team (2-3 engineers) building and maintaining the platform end-to-end. My work spans the full stack: the self-service onboarding flow and subscription billing, the agent dashboard where users track campaign performance, and the backend systems that automate ad delivery once a campaign is approved. Stack: Next.js for the frontend and agent dashboard Node.js for backend services PostgreSQL for agent, campaign, and subscription data AWS for hosting and infrastructure Stripe for subscription billing and plan management TypeScript across the stack What's in the platform: Self-service signup with plan selection and a profile questionnaire Automated ad delivery across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network Listing promotion campaigns (new listings, open houses, price changes, sold listings) Real-time performance dashboard (profile visits, listing views, leads) Branded sphere-marketing newsletters sent on the agent's behalf The ongoing work This is a live, ongoing engagement — not a one-off build. Since launch, the focus has been on hardening the billing and campaign-automation pipeline, improving dashboard performance, and shipping new features as the product grows its agent base. What shipped A production subscription SaaS product actively used by real estate agents, teams, and brokerages, with live billing, automated multi-channel ad delivery, and a growing feature set.

EarnDLT (GreenTruth) (https://earndlt.com) is a blockchain-based carbon compliance platform that helps companies track and report emissions data under the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and Scope 3 supply-chain requirements. The backend was live and running on NestJS with a GraphQL API, but as the platform scaled, it needed to support third-party data providers who expected standard REST endpoints rather than a GraphQL schema. 🚀 What I worked on As part of the engineering team, I worked on migrating the core backend from GraphQL to a REST API architecture, on a platform already handling live compliance data. This involved mapping existing GraphQL queries and mutations to equivalent REST endpoints and reworking the data-access and request/response contracts so external providers could integrate cleanly. 🚀 Stack: NestJS for the backend framework TypeScript across the API surface PostgreSQL for compliance and emissions data Next.js on the frontend REST replacing GraphQL as the integration layer 🚀 The key challenge The migration ran over 1-2 months on a live platform handling real regulatory data, so downtime and inconsistency weren't options. The team took an incremental approach — standing up REST endpoints alongside the existing GraphQL layer, validating parity, then cutting over integrations gradually rather than in one hard switch. 🚀 What shipped A production REST API layer that opened EarnDLT up to third-party emissions-data providers, with no disruption to the platform's live CBAM/Scope 3 compliance reporting.
