What I brought: Led full-stack development, building both the backend logic and interactive front-end panels. The Pace of Play App helps golf courses and tournament organizers track player movement and optimize game flow. Using crowdsourced data and GPS tracking, it provides real-time insights into play speed, waiting times, and congestion. Built with Flutter, Node.js, and Firebase, it features live dashboards, geo-mapping, smart alerts, and weather integration to improve scheduling and player experience.
