Luna is a mobile sleep and habit tracking app that helps you build consistent daily rhythms. It combines a nightly sleep score with a daily habit dashboard, giving you one place to see how your days and nights connect.
The Problem It Solves
Most people track their sleep or their habits â rarely both together. That gap is where burnout quietly builds. You stay up scrolling, skip the morning walk, and wonder why you feel drained by Wednesday. Luna closes that loop. It treats sleep as a habit, not just a metric, and shows how your evening routine, movement, and mindfulness choices ripple into the next morning's score.
