Sample business operations case study for a growing small business whose processes had not kept pace with its growth. I reviewed the current workflows, documented recurring processes, clarified ownership and handoffs, created SOPs and checklists, and organized the operational information the team needed to work more consistently. The result is a clearer operational foundation with smoother onboarding, fewer repeated questions, more consistent execution, and more time for leadership to focus on growth. Fictional client scenario created for portfolio demonstration.

Sample executive support case study for a founder whose inbox, calendar, follow-ups, meetings, and admin work had become a daily bottleneck. I created a structured support system to manage priorities, coordinate the calendar, triage communication, track follow-ups, support meetings, and keep recurring administrative work moving. The result is a more organized week, fewer missed details, clearer priorities, and more protected time for client work, strategy, and growth. Fictional client scenario created for portfolio demonstration.

Sample project coordination case study for a growing business with multiple moving pieces, unclear ownership, scattered communication, and limited visibility into project progress. I created a structured coordination system to centralize project information, organize tasks and timelines, track progress, facilitate updates, and keep stakeholders aligned from planning through completion. The result is clearer priorities, smoother collaboration, fewer missed deadlines, and a more reliable way to keep work moving forward. Fictional client scenario created for portfolio demonstration.

Sample bookkeeping case study for a growing small business with books two months behind, incomplete reconciliations, scattered documentation, and reports the owner didn’t trust. I cleaned up the books, reconciled accounts, standardized transaction coding, organized supporting documentation, and built a repeatable month-end workflow. I also created an owner-friendly monthly snapshot so the numbers could actually support better business decisions. Fictional client scenario created for portfolio demonstration.
