To pay my suppliers in different currency's, countries was always a pain. 150 invoices per month, manually... Wise is great to save on cost, but each invoice has to be manually entered or scanned. BatchPayer solves the issue. It scans up to 1k invoices in bulk, identifies by OCR the data for the transfer and puts them into the batch file format. Then you can export the CSV or push it by API to WISE to wire it. Working: 👍 OCR Scan - still improving multi language, currency etc. 👍Review System (Check if all infos are extracted correctly) 👍Payment System Working on: 🧠API integration (working on compliance rules etc. as sending money by wire transfer is critical) 🧠Smartphone App to add Scanner 🧠Own extraction model & refine existing one by mismatch etc. Project Link (https://invoice-ocr-upload-for-wise-362.created.app/)

Laser Comparison Platform Problem: Finding the right laser engraver or cutter was difficult for me. Specs, prices, and models were spread across many manufacturer sites. I couldn’t easily compare key details like laser type, power, wavelength, or supported materials. Solution: I build a powerful comparison and search platform that helps users identify lasers matching their needs. The site combines a Bolt.com frontend with Supabase for structured product data, while n8n and Firecrawl handle scheduled price checks and data validation to keep listings accurate and up to date. Key Features: • Over 100+ filter options • Live database powered by Supabase • Data validation & more via n8n + Firecrawl • Custom compatibility scoring algorithm Tools Used: Bolt.com Supabase n8n Firecrawl Custom Code

TCG OCR Scan & Shopify Integration Problem: Listing large Pokémon card inventories manually was slow and error-prone. Each card required manual input for name, set, etc. Solution: We developed an OCR-powered system that identifies TCG cards from scans (Document Scanner, Pictures with Smarpthone), matches them to a database. The system uses Tesseract OCR & Azure Computer Vision for image recognition. Key Features: • Dual OCR pipeline (Tesseract + Azure Vision) • Automated card lookup via TCG API • Review queue for low-confidence scans • Auto-listing to Shopify with title, rarity, set & price • Error handling and manual approval interface Results: • 97% faster product listing workflow • Human review ensures 100% data accuracy • Supports bulk imports for large collections • Greatly improved speed and consistency in catalog updates

Centralized Sales Automation System 🔍 Problem The client launches dozens of new products each month. Every product had its own Zapier workflow. Managing hundreds of automations became slow, error-prone, and hard to maintain. 💡 Solution We built a centralized automation system using n8n with a custom webhook plugin. All orders are now sent to a single webhook that references a Google Sheet for configuration. Key Automations: • Single webhook endpoint for all products • Dynamic routing via Google Sheets • Auto-updates to CRM, Kajabi, Discord... • No-code management - changes made directly in Sheets ⚙️ Results: 🕒 Replaced 300+ Zaps with one scalable workflow ⚙️ 95% less maintenance 🚀 New launches need only one new row in Sheets 🧰 Tools Used: n8n Google Sheets ActiveCampaign Discord Apps Custom Webhook Plugin Forum API Kajabi

Isaure Lohest — AI Integration Engineer A dedicated one-page website positioning Isaure Lohest as an AI integration engineer for SaaS products and teams, designed to turn a complex, often abstract offer into something concrete and immediately understandable. The visual direction is soft and atmospheric: a warm ivory background washed with diffuse peach and amber glows, and a field of tiny drifting small particles that gives the page a quiet, living depth. Content is structured around concrete use cases rather than technical jargon. Clickable prompt chips let visitors picture real scenarios in a second, and a floating pill navigation with a single “Let’s talk” call to action keeps the path to contact short. Services are grouped by outcome, each with clear deliverables, and a light/dark toggle completes the experience. The site is built as a direct extension of her main portfolio: same hand-crafted approach from design to code, with a calmer, more product-oriented voice aimed at companies looking to integrate AI into their existing tools without adding new ones.

A personal portfolio designed and built for Isaure Lohest, freelance UX/UI designer and full-stack developer, to present her work as one coherent, end-to-end practice. The project brings together case studies, services and process in an editorial-inspired interface, with a clear typographic hierarchy, generous whitespace and a calm visual rhythm. Each case study is structured to tell the story behind the work, from research and design decisions to final delivery, so that clients understand not only what was made, but how and why. Beyond the visual direction, the site was built as a design-to-code showcase: every detail, from subtle GSAP animations and smooth scrolling to responsive behaviour and optimised media, was crafted and implemented by the designer herself. The architecture makes it simple to add new projects, pages and content over time without compromising consistency. The portfolio is built with Astro, Vue.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, with a focus on performance, accessibility and SEO, and is self-hosted on a dedicated VPS with a lightweight Node.js service handling the contact form.

GOA — B2B Ordering Platform A custom ordering platform built for La Brasserie de GOA, a French craft kombucha producer, so its professional clients (restaurants, bars, grocers and retailers) can browse the catalogue and place orders online on their own. The platform connects directly to Easybeer, the brewery management software GOA already uses every day. Easybeer stays the single source of truth: products, customer-specific pricing and stock come from it, and every order goes straight back into it. There is no double entry and no second database to keep in sync by hand. Each client sees their own catalogue and prices in a clean, mobile-friendly interface built for quick reorders during a busy service. A dedicated back office gives the GOA team control over what clients see: product visibility, custom names, photos, out-of-stock flags and bulk invitations for client accounts. A built-in help guide lets the team manage the platform without technical support. The platform is built with Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn-vue on the front end, with a Hono (Node.js) API that handles the Easybeer integration and runs on Firebase and Google Cloud. It is live in production and currently takes orders as quote requests.

Creyda Yoga — Integral yoga centre, Brussels A calm, luminous website for Creyda, a traditional and integral yoga centre in Ixelles, Brussels, designed to carry the quiet depth of the practice into a contemporary digital space. The visual direction is built around breath and light. A slowly drifting ambient haze responds softly to the visitor's movement, a generative radiant motif echoes the centre's emblem across the pages, and content reveals itself gently as you scroll. Coconat display type, a restrained palette of deep green, mist and mint, and generous whitespace give the experience a serene editorial rhythm, from Hatha Yoga and meditation classes to the R.E.S. method, wellbeing sessions and a library of long-form articles. The project was also a complete rebuild of an ageing, compromised WordPress site. It is now a statically generated platform: no database, no plugins and no admin surface left to attack, near-zero maintenance, and hosting costs cut to almost nothing. Accessibility and local search were treated as core requirements rather than add-ons: reduced-motion support, focus management between pages, a dedicated accessibility statement, structured data for local discovery and an interactive map to guide visitors to the studio.

Procedural motion study: a flexible chain changing shape in a seamless loop. A self-initiated, AI-assisted Python animation with synthetic geometry and fixed segment lengths. This is a design/implementation demo, not molecular dynamics, measured protein data or a scientific result. Client references and scientist review would define any final biological animation. Rendered locally with existing tools; no paid generative-video subscription was used.

Marktlabor design study: the AI-generated visual concept used to plan the market dashboard shown elsewhere in this portfolio. The layout groups overview metrics, a filterable instrument table and a selected-instrument chart. This is an early design mockup with placeholder values and illustrative chart data, not a live application screenshot or a separate client engagement. The implemented prototype is presented as a separate work sample.

Marktlabor: a self-initiated market research dashboard built with AI assistance. Python prepares daily market data and a JavaScript interface provides instrument filters, watchlists, trend indicators, charts and CSV exports. This screenshot shows the working prototype using a dated historical snapshot. It demonstrates data tooling and interface implementation; it does not establish future investment returns or offer trading advice.

CSV-to-PDF reporting extension. This working Python/ReportLab component turns validated records into a readable PDF with separate currency totals, a row-level table and source traceability. Existing output files are protected from overwriting. Part of the same CSV workflow demo shown in this portfolio, built with AI assistance and tested using synthetic records. The image shows the generated PDF, not a client document.
