Recently I came across the principle that when designing for human needs you study anatomy first not aesthetics. In nature, the minke whale moves without resistance its form so efficient that it almost disappears. That same logic applies to running. You don’t need more you need less friction. Nike Minke is built on that philosophy. A slip-on silhouette not designed to decorate the athlete, but engineered to remove anything that slows them down.
