A healthcare booking platform connecting patients with the right doctor: Patients search by speciality, see genuinely live availability, and book a slot in a few taps. The hard part is concurrency: two patients tapping the same 10:30 slot at the same moment must not both get it. Slot locking and transactional booking make that safe, and reminders cut no-shows.
