Overview:
Built the operational foundations for We Are Local, an independent apparel brand launched from concept to first product drop, creating the systems, workflows and operational structure required to manage product launches, fulfilment, customer communication and brand growth.
The Challenge:
Launching a product-based business required building operational processes from scratch across multiple areas simultaneously, including production coordination, supplier management, inventory tracking, fulfilment, customer experience and launch execution.
