Overview We delivered a project where the client wanted to automate the process of handling high volumes of job applications received via SMS. The existing system relied on manual screening, which was slow, inefficient, and difficult to manage at scale. Solution We built an intelligent, AI-powered SMS automation workflow using Twilio, n8n, and OpenAI. The system automatically engages with candidates, evaluates their responses in real time, and filters qualified applicants while storing all data in a centralized platform. Outcome -Instant response to every applicant - Fully automated screening process -Organized and centralized candidate data -Consistent and professional communication - Reduced manual workload and improved efficiency
