Frontend Development Projects in CharlotteFrontend Development Projects in CharlotteNameless Tattoo is a concept website created for a modern tattoo studio in Monroe, North Carolina. I developed the brand direction, page structure, interface, and responsive implementation.
The design combines a dark black-and-gold palette with street-art influences to give the studio a strong visual identity. Visitors can browse tattoo styles, meet the artists, view previous work, read client feedback, and move directly into the consultation process.
The finished site gives the studio a professional home for its work while keeping the experience visual, straightforward, and focused on turning interested visitors into appointment inquiries. Helped a PM company design and build their very own property management software who wanted enterprise power without enterprise complexity and ongoing cost.
The system handles the entire process from end to end, including managing units, tenants, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting, all in a single, clean interface. Approve an applicant and watch the tenant record, lease, move-in charges, and unit status update instantly.
Three dedicated portals for PMs, tenants, and owners. No bloat. No chaos. Just the daily workflow, done right. I designed and developed the CodeSVN Web Services website from scratch, including content structure, visual design, development, animations and deployment.
The goal was to trim down CodeSVN’s services and give visitors an easy way to contact us. I kept the interface clean and modern, structured the content around common business needs, and used focused calls to action throughout the site.
The website was built using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostCSS and Motion. It's fully responsive and adds visual interest with subtle animation that doesn't detract from the content.
