At Wysh (fintech/insurtech), I led the design, implementation, and validation of multi-channel lifecycle journeys in Braze to improve customer onboarding, reduce payment lapses, and increase policy reinstatement rates. The goal was to move from reactive messaging to a structured, event-driven lifecycle system that automated engagement across email and SMS while aligning with compliance and subscription requirements.

I designed and developed structured AI Prompt Ready Packs to help marketing teams and founders operationalize customer experience and lifecycle strategy using AI tools. Rather than offering generic prompt libraries, these packs provide outcome-based workflows tailored to real business scenarios such as onboarding optimization, retention strategy, segmentation planning, and automation design. Each prompt is built to function as a guided AI assistant for specific digital marketing challenges.

The CX Marketing Kit is a structured lifecycle marketing framework designed for startups and growth-stage teams that need clarity, automation, and retention strategy without hiring a full internal lifecycle team. It provides AI plug and play foundational templates, journey maps, segmentation logic, and QA systems needed to launch scalable customer engagement programs across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
