I built the site and booking system for Copperline Handyman Co. in Asheville: 1. My homepage and booking flow: Customers describe what's broken, upload photos, see an honest price range, pick a real slot on my schedule, and place a $40 deposit that comes off their bill. 2. My interactive 3D wrench: A scroll-driven tool on desktop that reinforces the old hardware-store look. 3. My owner board (/owner): My private dispatch center to review photos, check drive times within my 25-minute radius, send quotes, and let simulated reminders run on their own. Why I built it: I work alone with one truck. I built this to stop dropping my tools to answer calls, weed out tire-kickers with upfront pricing, protect my drive time, and give Asheville neighbors a slot that actually sticks without phone tag.

The Psychology Behind Great UX:  How Small Design Decisions Create Better Product Experiences Most redesigns focus on making interfaces look better. I prefer to ask a different question: Will this make the product feel better to use? In this redesign, I didn't add more features or complex interactions. Instead, I focused on two small decisions rooted in human psychology: • Personalization — Greeting users by name creates a stronger emotional connection and makes the experience feel more human. • Visual Hierarchy — Prioritizing sleep duration over labels helps users understand the most important information instantly, reducing cognitive effort. Great product design isn't just about aesthetics. It's about understanding how people think, what they notice first, and how small decisions influence behavior. Every pixel should have a purpose. Padel Club Management App UI/UX Design | Sports Booking SaaS Dashboard & Mobile App Most sports club management tools feel outdated, making it difficult for owners to manage bookings, coaches, members, and courts efficiently. For this concept, I designed a premium mobile experience that simplifies the entire club management workflow—from club onboarding and court setup to booking requests, coach management, and tournament organization. The goal was to reduce operational complexity while creating an interface that feels modern, intuitive, and trustworthy for club owners.
