Zialed – Premium Nootropic Energy Pouches Shopify Store Project Type: E-commerce Development Role: Shopify Developer & Designer (Solo) Live Site: https://zialed.com ✤ The Brief I launched Zialed, a premium brand offering caffeine-infused, nicotine-free, zero-sugar energy pouches designed for focus and peak performance. The goal was to create a high-end Shopify store that matches the product’s clean, clinical positioning — no bloat, just pure performance. Challenges - Stand out in the competitive wellness/nootropic space with a premium yet approachable feel. - Build a fast, conversion-focused experience on Shopify. - Deliver a minimalist, modern design that communicates “Lock In” energy without overwhelming users. - Ensure mobile-first usability, quick checkout, and strong visual hierarchy for product discovery. ✤ My Approach & Process Discovery & Strategy — Defined branding direction, user journey, and key conversion points. Custom Theme Development — Built a tailored Shopify theme with custom sections: - Hero with strong CTA (“Lock In”) - Product grid with flavor highlights (Fresh Mint, Wintergreen, Cherry Vanilla, Tropical, Horchata, Variety Pack) - Principles section highlighting zero crash, clean ingredients, and performance benefits - Testimonials and social proof ✤ Design & UX — Created a sleek, minimalist aesthetic using bold typography, high-quality product imagery, and intuitive navigation. Technical Implementation — - Advanced product variants and quick-add functionality - Performance optimizations (lazy loading, image compression) - Mobile-responsive design with smooth interactions - Basic SEO foundation and fast-loading pages Polish & Launch — Tested checkout flow, added trust signals, and launched the live store. Results ✅ Fully functional, professional Shopify store launched and live ✅ Clean, premium user experience that reflects the brand’s high standards ✅ Strong foundation for marketing (ready for ads, email, and social) ✅ Positive early feedback on design quality and usability The store successfully captures the essence of “Engineered Performance. Designer Taste.” and positions Zialed as a premium player in the energy pouch category.
