I rebuilt Launch in Seven around that idea. The custom receptionist opens working examples beside the conversation, helps visitors put together a project brief, and accepts pictures or documents.
On my side, a private inbox keeps the conversations and briefs together. I can jump into a live chat myself and hand it back to the receptionist when I'm done.
The new site brings together smoked-glass design, subtle motion, interactive 3D and custom business tools. I built it for my own business, so the website itself is part of my portfolio.
Next is the Android companion app I'm finishing: phone alerts, direct notification replies to take over a conversation, and a return-to-receptionist action, with hardware-key sign-in being added.
This brings together UI/UX design, responsive web design, full-stack development, workflow automation and AI integration. I build custom tools with or without AI, depending on what the business needs.
