Sample Revenue Cycle Training & Education Project This sample project demonstrates my approach to developing practical, customized revenue-cycle education for healthcare teams based on identified operational needs, workflow challenges, and performance gaps. The Revenue Cycle Training & Education project is designed to strengthen team understanding of the processes behind claims, denials, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle performance—helping staff understand not only what actions to take, but why those actions matter. The training-development approach includes identifying learning needs, defining clear objectives, developing role-relevant educational content, incorporating practical examples and workflow guidance, and creating resources that support continued application after training. Potential deliverables may include customized presentations, facilitator or learner materials, workflow guides, job aids, reference resources, knowledge checks, and recommendations for reinforcing training within day-to-day operations. This project represents the type of focused, practical education I develop for healthcare organizations through Claim Clarity Consulting to help teams build stronger knowledge, apply skills more consistently, and take confident action within the revenue cycle. Focus Areas: Revenue Cycle Education • Denial Management • Claims Training • Workflow Education • Staff Development • Process Reinforcement

Sample Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Project This sample project demonstrates my approach to turning identified revenue-cycle challenges into practical, sustainable process improvements that healthcare teams can implement and maintain. The Revenue Cycle Process Improvement project is designed for situations where an operational problem has already been identified, but the organization needs a structured path from recognizing the issue to developing and implementing a better way of working. The improvement approach includes evaluating the existing process, identifying contributing operational factors, defining the desired future state, developing practical process changes, establishing clear responsibilities, and creating an implementation framework that supports consistency and accountability. Potential deliverables may include process-improvement recommendations, current-state and future-state workflows, standardized procedures, implementation plans, responsibility guidance, performance measures, and tools for monitoring the effectiveness of the improved process. This project represents the type of implementation-focused consulting I provide through Claim Clarity Consulting to help healthcare organizations move beyond identifying revenue-cycle problems and begin building processes that work. Focus Areas: Process Improvement • Revenue Cycle Operations • Workflow Optimization • Implementation Strategy • Operational Efficiency • Performance Improvement

This sample project demonstrates my approach to evaluating and improving healthcare claims workflows to reduce unnecessary rework, strengthen process consistency, and support more efficient reimbursement. The Claims Workflow Improvement project is designed to examine how claims move through the revenue cycle—from initial review and submission through edits, corrections, payer responses, follow-up, and resolution—to identify bottlenecks, unclear responsibilities, duplicated effort, and opportunities for process improvement. The improvement approach includes mapping the existing workflow, identifying operational gaps and failure points, evaluating handoffs and responsibilities, and redesigning processes to create clearer and more consistent paths toward claim resolution. Potential deliverables may include current-state and future-state workflow maps, identified process gaps, standardized workflow recommendations, responsibility and escalation guidance, process documentation, and prioritized implementation steps. This project represents the type of practical workflow analysis and process-development support I bring to revenue-cycle consulting engagements through Claim Clarity Consulting. Focus Areas: Claims Workflow • Process Improvement • Workflow Optimization • Corrected Claims • Operational Efficiency • Revenue Cycle Operations

Sample Revenue Cycle Consulting Project This sample project demonstrates my approach to evaluating denial performance and translating revenue-cycle data into practical, actionable recommendations. The Denial First Look Assessment is designed to identify recurring denial trends, uncover potential root causes, evaluate workflow and documentation gaps, and prioritize opportunities for denial prevention and revenue recovery. The assessment approach includes reviewing denial and remittance data, identifying high-impact denial categories and payer trends, evaluating contributing operational factors, and developing targeted recommendations based on the findings. Potential deliverables may include a summary of key findings, root-cause observations, prioritized action steps, workflow recommendations, and a framework for ongoing denial monitoring and performance improvement. This project represents the type of structured, data-informed analysis I bring to revenue-cycle consulting engagements through Claim Clarity Consulting. Focus Areas: Denial Management • Root-Cause Analysis • Revenue Recovery • Claims Workflow • Process Improvement • Revenue Cycle Strategy
