Automated FAQ Response System | n8n & PostgreSQL I built an intelligent email automation system using n8n, Gmail, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript to streamline responses to frequently asked questions. The workflow automatically: Monitors incoming Gmail messages. Identifies FAQ categories based on email content. Retrieves approved answers from a PostgreSQL knowledge base. Creates Gmail reply drafts using verified information. Flags unmatched questions for manual review. Prevents duplicate drafts and maintains email conversation threading. The system keeps a human in control by preparing drafts rather than automatically sending replies. Technologies: n8n, Gmail API, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, SQL. Personal automation portfolio project.

Freelance Application Tracker | n8n + Gmail + Google Sheets I built an automated workflow using n8n, Gmail, Google Sheets, and JavaScript to simplify freelance job application tracking. The system automatically: Processes incoming application-related emails. Matches messages to existing job applications. Identifies replies, interviews, offers, and rejections. Updates application statuses in Google Sheets. Flags uncertain matches for manual review to prevent incorrect updates. This personal portfolio project demonstrates practical experience with workflow automation, email processing, conditional logic, and Google Workspace integrations. Technologies: n8n, Gmail API, Google Sheets, JavaScript.
