It evolves the classic Starbucks practice of leaving messages or creatively misspelling names on cups by bringing in the language of social media - :emojis and stickers. Formula: a barista’s expression sticker + a short phrase + some add-ins = a unique message for each guest. Why it works: - Organic reach: fun combos spark UGC. - Emotional connection: personalized notes build loyalty. - Brand recall: a small detail that stands out.
