Projects in AlabelProjects in AlabelI created this ILIA Beauty Quiz Demo as a clean e-commerce product quiz video focused on showing how a customer moves from product interest into a guided quiz experience and finally into a personalized product recommendation.
The goal was to make the journey feel simple, polished, and easy to follow. Instead of just showing screens, I wanted the video to feel like a smooth product experience: starting with the beauty product, moving into the quiz interaction, and ending with a recommendation moment that feels useful and clear.
For this edit, I focused on clean visual pacing, product-focused moments, soft beauty-inspired motion, UI flow, brand-consistent design, and sound design. Since beauty and skincare content relies heavily on trust, polish, and clarity, I kept the motion clean and intentional without making the video feel overdone.
This type of video is useful for DTC brands, Shopify stores, beauty brands, and SaaS tools that need to explain a quiz, product recommendation flow, or customer journey in a way that feels natural and easy to understand. AI Receptionist Workflow for Calls, Booking, and Follow-Up
I built an AI receptionist workflow designed to help businesses handle inbound calls, appointment requests, and follow-up steps with less manual work.
Problem
Front-desk teams can miss calls, forget updates, or spend too much time repeating the same booking and cancellation steps.
Solution
I designed a workflow that supports call handling logic, booking actions, cancellation handling, and record updates after the interaction.
What it does
Handles basic inbound call logic
Supports appointment scheduling and cancellation paths
Collects caller details for follow-up
Updates records after the call
Helps reduce missed booking opportunities
Tools used
n8n, AI agent workflows, voice AI logic, appointment scheduling, CRM update workflows.
Outcome
The workflow helps reduce repetitive front-desk tasks, improves booking consistency, and gives the team a cleaner follow-up process. Asana CRM Automation for Task Routing and Follow-Up
I built a workflow automation that uses Asana as a CRM-style operations hub for managing service requests, tasks, and follow-up stages.
Problem
Manual task creation and service routing can lead to missed steps, slow follow-up, and messy handoffs.
Solution
I created an automation flow that organizes requests, creates tasks and subtasks, routes work by service type, and updates the team based on status.
What it does
Creates and organizes tasks from incoming requests
Routes work into the correct service stage
Builds subtasks for repeatable steps
Sends follow-up actions based on status
Helps the team see what needs attention next
Tools used
Asana, Zapier, CRM automation, task routing, workflow automation, email and task triggers.
Outcome
This workflow can save admin time, reduce missed steps, and improve follow-up speed for service teams.
