The Problem: Juggling client projects, content calendars, pricing guides, and service documentation across multiple tools was creating inefficiency and making it hard to stay on top of deliverables. What I Built: I designed and built Agency OS — a fully custom single-file HTML business management tool built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No frameworks, no backend, no monthly cost. Features include: Client Projects Manager — track active clients, project status, and deliverables in one view 47-item search index — instantly surface any information across the entire tool Full navigation system — multi-section tabbed layout covering every area of the business localStorage persistence — all data saves locally in the browser with export and import functionality so nothing is lost between sessions Pricing guide — multi-tab pricing structure covering web design packages across nine industry verticals, ready to share with clients Content calendar integration — 97-post content plan spanning TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X built directly into the tool Tools Used: HTML · CSS · JavaScript · localStorage API · JSON Export/Import Result: A fully operational internal business tool that replaced multiple subscriptions, runs entirely in the browser, and gives complete visibility over every client, project, and content deliverable — built in a single file with zero ongoing cost.
