I designed and developed a complete, high-converting subscription e-commerce website and automated customer retention system for MyLittleCoffeeTree, a sustainable tree adoption brand.
The primary objective was to build a seamless digital ecosystem. I transformed their basic online presence into a fully automated customer acquisition platform where users can easily understand the adoption program, purchase recurring subscriptions, and instantly enter an automated post-purchase marketing funnel.
