CLIENT PROBLEM / BUSINESS CHALLENGE The academy needed a reliable way to capture each student's school or organisation and connect that information to course activity. Managers needed to be notified when students started or completed their courses, while the academy also needed an organized way to monitor student progress across multiple courses. Managing these updates manually would become increasingly difficult as the number of students, managers, and courses increased. WHAT I DID I structured a Thinkific automation workflow around the existing custom field and course activity. The setup included: • Configuring the custom field for the student's school or organisation • Connecting course activity with automated workflows • Setting up notifications for course starts and completions • Passing the student's organisation information into manager notifications • Connecting course activity with Google Sheets • Organizing student records by course and progress status • Supporting multiple managers across the course workflows • Creating a workflow that can be expanded as additional courses are introduced • Checking that the different parts of the workflow work together correctly The workflow was designed to reduce manual monitoring while giving managers clearer visibility into which students had started or completed their training. RESULT / OUTCOME The completed setup provides a structured process for capturing student information, triggering manager notifications, and maintaining a centralized record of course activity. The workflow gives the academy a more practical way to monitor student progress across its courses while reducing the need for manual status checks.

Kajabi Student Learning Dashboard | Liberty Training Academy Client Problem The learning experience needed to bring multiple parts of an online education business into one clear student dashboard. Students need to be able to find their courses, continue lessons, interact with the community, access resources, book coaching calls, and get support without having to search through different areas. What I Did I structured the Kajabi student dashboard around the learner's most important actions. The interface brings together: • Continue Learning with course progress and lesson information • Course Library for accessing available programs • Community for student interaction and discussions • Coaching Calls for additional support • Resources for downloadable learning materials • Support for account, course, payment, and technical questions • Quick Links for frequently used actions The layout also uses clear progress indicators and prominent continuation buttons so students can immediately understand where they are and what to do next. Outcome A centralized Kajabi student experience that connects learning, community, coaching, resources, and support in one organized dashboard.

The homepage leads with a clear “Karriere und LIFE Coaching” message, followed by the coach's introduction, coaching services, specialization areas, client testimonial, consultation CTA, and supporting visual content. I also focused on creating a calm, premium visual direction that matches the personal and professional nature of the coaching brand while keeping the navigation simple and the key actions easy to find. The Result A polished coaching website that gives visitors a clear understanding of the coach, her services, and the next step toward working with her.

The goal was to make the brand feel professional and approachable while keeping the path from discovering the coach to booking a consultation simple. To achieve this, I designed and customized a Thinkific website that combines clean aesthetics, intuitive navigation, and strategic conversion elements. The homepage was structured to immediately communicate the academy's mission with engaging visuals, bold messaging, and clear calls-to-action that guide visitors toward scheduling preview sessions or learning more about available programs. The website features dedicated sections for the academy's services, including SG Academy, Private Training, SG Minis, Footwork Masterclass, Finishing Masterclass, and Team Training.
