PhaseTrax is a coaching and consulting business built around a 4-phase client acquisition program for freelancers and creative professionals. The founder came to me with a clear vision but no web presence — just a detailed program structure, content ready to go, and a need to turn it into something that could actually convert visitors into paying clients.
The build covers the full stack of what makes a coaching site actually work: not just pages, but the pipeline behind them.
What I built:
The site is fully designed and developed in Webflow — responsive across desktop and mobile, with a dark, high-contrast visual identity built around black and gold. Every section was structured to move a visitor toward one action: booking a strategy call or enrolling in a phase.
On the functional side, I integrated Calendly for strategy call booking with automated confirmation emails and pre-call reminders, Stripe for payments, and Memberstack for the subscription tier — David's entry-level weekly consultation offer for clients not ready to commit to a full phase. Notion is connected as the client resource backend, so enrolled clients access all their program materials through a single hub without needing a separate portal.
Lead capture runs through purpose-built forms for each entry point — Book a Call, Phase applications, and general contact — all feeding into a clear pipeline that moves a lead from first touch to enrolled client. New Project Launch(Q3): SparkleNET Corridor Guardian 🛡️⚡

We built a localized telemetry pipeline that ingests, triages, and visualizes live threat data with sub-70ms latency.
