Identity & Packaging Systems Beyond Category Conventions

Building the identity system for Tendam 🤝. Work in progress! Tendam is a workforce management company that goes beyond recruitment, supporting operations long after workers arrive. The identity connects two worlds: companies and workers. As they come together, a spark forms at the centre, representing the opportunities that connection unlocks. What do you think of the concept?

“We started with just a name and some vague ideas. They left us with a brand.” That’s how our client described their experience working with us on The Growth Fit. There was no existing identity to refine. Our job was to take an early-stage idea, understand what the brand needed to stand for, and turn it into a visual system with enough clarity and character to grow with the business. That meant exploring, challenging our own decisions, and going back to the drawing board when something wasn’t landing well. The result was a system built around one central idea: the right fit, carried consistently through the identity, motion and brand touchpoints. The complete project is live. If you’d like to see how the idea developed into the full identity system, you can explore the case study here: The Growth Fit (https://www.behance.net/gallery/254221567/TGF-Identity-Collaterals-Talent-Hiring-Global)

Introducing The Growth Fit | Part 01 🧩 A talent studio connecting ambitious companies with growth operators from overlooked markets. We built The Growth Fit’s identity system, collaterals and digital experience around the idea of the “Missing Piece.” Turning connection and growth into a visual language that reflects what TGF does at its core: bringing the right talent and the right opportunity together. This was such a fun system to build and explore, especially seeing one simple idea come to life across so many touchpoints. Excited to finally share it! Excited to share that I’m working closely with Carrie, CEO of HippieKit Green Products and one of my best clients, on the HippieKit mobile app 🌿 We’re collaborating on real-time UI/UX design, refining screens, and improving user flows together throughout the process. It’s a highly interactive and creative experience where ideas are directly shaping the product as we design. It’s been a great experience translating HippieKit’s sustainable product vision into a clean, intuitive, and user-focused mobile experience alongside Carrie.
