The system continuously measures latency, jitter, packet loss, gateway responsiveness and connection interruptions, then converts the evidence into plain-language diagnoses, incident timelines and downloadable technical reports.
It includes secure user accounts, private device pairing, a Windows telemetry agent, mobile browser testing, offline buffering, user-scoped data isolation, privacy controls and evidence-led reporting.
The product is being expanded into dedicated experiences for home users, gamers, remote workers, businesses and managed IT providers. Key contributor over 3 years on Cornwall Council’s resident services programme, covering BA,
design, implementation, maintenance, and stakeholder liaison. Worked across Azure, C#, ASP.NET
Razor Pages, TypeScript, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Pages to upgrade and
modernize services in line with GDS standards. Improved accessibility and GDPR compliance for
services used by 577k residents and 19m annual visitors, while helping save thousands of staff
hours annually.
