Complete Account System: Secure registration and login, forgot password recovery, email change requests, profile updates, and role-based permissions for admins, staff, and residents.
Data & Insights: Visual dashboards showing compliance rates, participation trends, and collection efficiency to support data-driven environmental policies.
Built for Rebranding:
The current name EcoTrack is a placeholder. All branding elements including app name, logo, color scheme, and domain can be fully customized to match your organization or client requirements. Source code and documentation included for seamless handover.

A rental portfolio rarely gets messy all at once. It happens one small task at a time: a rent receipt in a message, a maintenance issue waiting for follow-up, an applicant’s details in a spreadsheet and a landlord trying to piece everything together at month-end.
Plotvera is designed to bring those moving parts together.
It gives landlords and property managers one place to manage properties, tenants, rent, maintenance, and applicants. The product follows the real rental workflow: tenants can pay or upload a receipt, vacancy listings can be drafted with AI, and applicants can be screened against a 3× income-to-rent rule.
What I like about the concept is its focus on the everyday work—not just another dashboard, but a clearer way to see what needs attention and keep the rental cycle moving.
