Option A
The pacing on Option B feels very natural to me. It has a nice data-visualization flow that fits the globe aesthetic perfectly. Great use of Jitter!
The timing on my pulsating effect is my favorite thing here
Option A feels more natural.
The motion is smoother and lets you reach the content faster.
Option B has too much waiting time, which slows the experience.
You could also try slightly increasing the speed of Option B to make it feel more natural and responsive.
Actually both are great the second one looks more fluid!
