Designing a cultivation ERP that actually gets used on the floor.
This batch management screen serves floor workers on tablets, compliance managers on desktop, and execs on dashboards.
Here's what drives the design:
1. "Days in Room" progress bars prevent missed batch moves. Late moves kill yield. That red bar at 24/28 days lets any floor worker spot a critical move without asking the head grower.
2. Bulk action bar collapses multi-step workflows. Select 7 batches, hit move/waste/assign. One action instead of clicking through each batch individually. A skipped batch during room transition is a compliance event.
3. Every KPI triggers a decision. "1 move overdue" shows today's fire. "2 pending waste reviews" is an audit flag.

The Problem it Solves:
Most plant care apps are visually cluttered, stressful, or overly gamified. Plant lovers need a calm, intuitive space. Bloom solves this by removing the visual noise and automating care schedules, allowing users to focus on the beauty of their plants rather than complex tracking.

Connection to the Seasonal Theme (Spring):
Spring is the ultimate season of growth, awakening, and renewal. Instead of forcing seasonal UI gimmicks, Bloom connects to the theme through its core function: encouraging users to start fresh, repot, and nurture new life during the active spring season. The app's entire aesthetic and "new beginnings" onboarding are deeply inspired by the calm and freshness of a spring morning.
Monetization Approach:
Bloom uses a scalable Freemium model. Users can experience the full premium functionality and add up to 3 plants for free (a perfect start for spring). To unlock unlimited growth and add more plants, users hit a native paywall to upgrade to the 'Pro Garden'.

Project Overview:
Designed a complete Room Finder mobile app interface, focusing on solving real user problems in finding affordable and suitable rooms, PGs, and apartments.
Role:
Worked as a UI/UX Designer, handling the entire design process from problem identification to final screen designs and user flows.
Problem:
Users often struggle with scattered listings, lack of trust, poor filtering options, and confusing navigation while searching for rooms.
Solution:
Created a structured and user-friendly interface with advanced filters, clear listing details, map integration, and a smooth booking flow to simplify decision-making.
What I Did:
Designed multiple app screens including search, listing, details, and profile, ensuring consistency, usability, and a modern visual experience.
