I had
a Client that needed a Customer On-boarding Solution for Loan
Services Business. They need a workflow process with a step by step
submission for the following manual forms they used before in this
sequence:
1 – Applicant demographics screen
2 –Applicant references
3 – Work Experience
4 – Proof of Identity
5 – Employee of Supreme Loan
Each step of the workflow needs an approval that sends an email to
the respective approve.Also they need a workflow audit trail to
see all changes made in the approval flow or fields.
Once they have being approved for all the steps. Then a A/R
customer account should be automatically created in their ERP system
and a notification. As I considered how this could be solve. Of course I could write something in WordPress, PHP, ASP. dot net, Node, React, etc but that would take more time. Indeed, I needed a way to present
something ofquality for the client to review.
Then I remember, Yes there was a way, a way i could go for the
Client to see that i care. Yes a way that is Lovable.
Linking each form step to an approval email and audit log removes the back and forth, and auto creating the ERP account after the last sign off seals the workflow

What I Built
I built Glow & Grace, a self-service booking website for a solo, home-based nail studio in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. Clients can view services and prices, pick an open time slot, and get instantly confirmed — no messages exchanged with the owner. The owner has a simple dashboard where every booking appears automatically, along with deposit status, so there's no manual confirming or texting required.
Why I Built It
Solo, appointment-based businesses like small nail studios, salons, and home-based service providers often run entirely on WhatsApp. The owner is doing the client's nails with one hand and replying to booking messages with the other — checking availability, confirming times, and texting reminders, all manually. This doesn't scale, wastes hours every week, and leads to double-bookings or missed messages. I wanted to solve the actual bottleneck: turning "can I book with you?" into "you're booked" without the owner lifting a finger, while also addressing the no-show problem with a small deposit built into the booking flow.

GlowHaus Studio — From Inquiry to Confirmed Booking
GlowHaus Studio is a solo beauty salon based in Takoradi, Ghana, where most customer appointments are currently handled manually through WhatsApp.
The problem is simple: customers ask about services and availability, while the owner has to check her schedule, respond to messages, confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle rescheduling — creating unnecessary back-and-forth and increasing the risk of missed appointments.
I designed and built a streamlined booking experience that turns the entire process into a simple self-service flow:
Choose a service → Select an available date → Pick a time → Enter details → Confirm → Booked.
The experience also supports appointment confirmation, cancellation, and rescheduling, giving customers more control while reducing repetitive administrative work for the owner.
The goal was not simply to create a beautiful booking interface, but to solve a real operational problem: helping a small business spend less time managing appointments and more time serving customers.
