I'm in the process of making an app that will allow users to upload videos of themselves demonstrating the skills required to do the jobs they're applying for. It will evaluate the the skill in the ask questions that any employer would or should ask. All qualified candidates will be sent to a spot on the app where employers will be able to see from their side and pick who they want. It will also use Ai to trace and track behavior patterns, And it will be used to detect any inappropriate or unprofessional behavior. This is just an example of a couple of features it will have. I've seen so many people sharing their struggles with not being able to get a job due to employers using keywords to find employees but if those specific keywords aren't on a resume, it doesn't get picked. Not picked. Not hired = no money. I thought of this idea and decided to try to make it. I'm hoping it will not only help connect job seekers to employers but become the staple or "go to" for both. I've seen posts from people expressing frustration at certain practices and unfair or inappropriate behavior as well and have features to deal with them. But also have some very cool humorous bits in too lol. Looking forward to getting it up and out. And it will be 100% FREE for job seekers. Employers will have to get the Subs. 😊☮️
