Correct. Bubble isnāt a traditional codebase. However, you can still use APIs, external databases, and third-party services as part of your architecture.
š¹ Higher costs at scale?
Potentially. But traditional applications also require servers, databases, storage, APIs, monitoring, and maintenance.
The real question is: What are you optimizing for?
š Maximum code ownership and control? Traditional development may be better.
š Faster development and launching? Bubble can be a great choice.

Settle this for me. Which one do you actually build with in 2026: ChatGPT or Claude?
Not "which is smarter on benchmarks". Which one is open in your other tab when you are shipping real work for a client.
My honest take after using both daily for client projects: ChatGPT for speed, images and quick answers. Claude for long documents, code and anything where it must not make things up.
Vote, then tell me in the comments what you use it for. Designer, dev, writer, founder, I want all of you.
Whichever wins, I will use it to build the free starter kit I promised in my last poll and post the full prompt log.
