I designed a 25-sheet business operations ledger to keep a multi-platform digital portfolio auditable.
It separates collected revenue from views and leads; reconciles paid and pending expenses; and connects approvals, product assets, opportunities, unit economics, source evidence, and formula checks.
My role: operating-model design, spreadsheet architecture, measurement rules, QA, and reconciliation. Vanity metrics are never booked as income.
