Part 2. WooCommerce to Shopify Migration - Traffic Collapse

Today I want to share a real migration story - and what went wrong.
We were building a new WordPress + WooCommerce store, while another team handled the Shopify setup.
The business owner wanted to launch fast.
But migration isn’t just about importing data.
It’s about structure, redirects, SEO integrity, and post-launch validation.
The site went live quickly.
And the issues appeared immediately - broken links, content inconsistencies, SEO risks.
