Generative image and video models don't keep a face: the same woman drifts from one shot to the next, and garments lose the details that make them recognisable. on-model-pipeline generates fashion stills and clips with a fixed cast.

how are you checking the garment at each step?

Each garment has a list of visual checks (colour, cut, buttons…). After every image generation, a vision model checks them and gives pass / fail / unsure, each with a short reason. Fails get a targeted fix and everything is re-checked; unsure ones need a human decision.
