A company had large amounts of internal documents (SOPs, FAQs, guides), but employees struggled to quickly find accurate information. Searching manually was slow and inefficient.
The goal was to create an AI assistant that can instantly answer questions based on internal knowledge.
I built an AI-powered knowledge assistant using Claude (Anthropic) that can read, understand, and respond based on internal documents.
