This project focused on building an automated Management Information System (MIS) dashboard for a retail enterprise using Advanced Excel and Power Query. The goal was to take messy, daily operational logs and transform them into a dynamic visual interface. By implementing robust data validation logic and optimized lookup structures, the solution completely eliminated manual data manipulation, giving stakeholders real-time visibility into sales funnels and operational KPIs while saving the execution team 5–10 hours of manual work per week.
