Business Name: MindSpark Academy (Austin, TX)
One-Line Problem Solved: Automated the highly sensitive pre-booking intake and mood-profiling for a solo neuro-diverse tutor, eliminating 15+ hours of manual discovery calls per week while guaranteeing 100% accurate slot matching.
🚀 Just submitted my entry for the #lovablechallenge!
Meet "MindSpark Academy" — an ultra-premium, AI-driven booking and intake network designed specifically for Sarah, a solo ADHD & Neuro-diverse child tutor based in Austin, Texas.
❌ The Problem:
Sarah was losing 15+ hours a week on manual "intake consultation calls" just to understand each child's learning speed, sensory triggers, and daily moods before booking them. Traditional booking apps failed her because they don’t capture behavioral context.
⚡ The Solution (Built 100% in Lovable):
I completely re-engineered the front-door entry and follow-through mechanics to reduce Sarah's manual client onboarding effort to zero!
🌟 Key Features Built:
• Interactive Visual Sensory Intake: Parents use beautiful, fluid custom sliders to set the child's "Energy Level" and toggle "Sensory Triggers" (Screen fatigue, Loud noises) before booking.
• Smart Cognitive Slot Matching: The platform dynamically highlights optimal morning slots for high-energy child profiles to guarantee better learning outcomes.
• Solo-Owner Cognitive Dashboard: A premium, dark-mode/sage command center where Sarah can see a visual "Student Briefcase" with behavior graphs instantly—no prep files needed.
• 1-Click Quick-Shift SMS: One-tap automated text dispatch that sends custom prep notes to parents based on the child's real-time needs.
Crafted with a gorgeous, high-converting Bento Grid UI that is 100% fluid and responsive across Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop.

Re-posting my Copen Salon concept I built for the #LovableChallenge with a bit more context. Drawing on my experience with salon software design, I wanted to solve for the messy operational realities behind real-life booking: repeat clients, provider preferences, simultaneous calls, cancellations, multi-service appointments, and group bookings with different timing needs - most happening at the same time! 🔥
The goal was to reduce that coordination overhead, not just create a prettier calendar. This wouldn’t've been a dream when I first worked in this space few short years ago, but @Lovable made it possible in just 3 days 😉
I built Copen Salon: an AI-assisted front-desk booking experience for a busy beauty salon. I focused on two (2) high-friction front-desk problems: missed or...
The fact that you built this in three days highlights how dramatically the barrier to entry for complex workflow tools has dropped. Solving simultaneous call and cancellation conflicts is a huge operational lift to automate, especially for small salon teams.

It's basic design but it's great❤️
If booking an appointment feels like filing taxes, patients will drop off. Most sports physio clinics lose clients to phone tag, hidden pricing, and tedious paperwork. When designing APEX, my goal was simple: turn a complex clinical intake into a frictionless 4-step booking flow. Here is the UX architecture behind it:
🔹 Intent Over Calendar Instead of forcing a calendar on day one, we start by categorizing the athletes goal—rehab, performance, or assessment. This builds trust and aligns the session with their specific physical needs.
🔹 One Decision Per Screen To eliminate cognitive overload, every stage requires exactly one choice. Clean progression, zero friction.
🔹 Transparent Booking Clear pricing tiers, live weekly slot grids, and an automated waitlist—all in one place. No phone calls required.
🔹 High-Performance Aesthetic Dark-first canvas (#0D1013) to minimize eye strain, paired with vibrant electric-lime tokens (#C2FD0A) to guide high-intent actions.
phone tag and hidden pricing are exactly why i never book physio online
