The action item is clear. I'm not guessing what the client meant. I'm not trying to figure out whose opinion to prioritize. I just build. It sounds like a small thing. But it completely changes how a project feels on my end. The work moves faster, the communication stays clean, and I never feel like I'm stuck in the middle of a conversation I wasn't part of.

That pre-filtering step is underrated. Do you have a system for it, like a shared doc where the client-facing person logs decisions, or is it more informal check-ins before things get passed to you?
