For the Config Makeathon I built a "Homepage Doctor" Tool that will examine and diagnose your homepage / landing page and Prescribe you a list of fixes.
Each prescription shows the improvement visually and in written text with an estimated conversion boost post-fix.

The "symptoms / prescription" framing is clever. Framing it as a clinical exam rather than a generic audit makes the output feel more credible and actionable. The conversion score breakdown is a nice touch too.
