I know I've been posting a lot but I'm to get a tip post in per every couple of days and am frontloading some things I've learned before I have to pause production until I can get more freelance work!
Today's topic! Voice-acting in model generations.
A lot of models, local and otherwise, can generate voice acting, sound effects and music on the fly. That's great! Seedance LOVES sound effects and does automatic ducking if it provides music but when you're working through long form videos you're going to struggle to get it to match music-types and voice-overs shot to shot. Continuing the video using video-continuation tools CAN HELP.
I've found the best thing to do is provide your own audio references. You can control the delivery, most models (seedance, wan, even Minmax) can do lipsyncing for both animation AND live-action for generation conversation or even singing.
Remember, YOU are the ultimate arbiter of quality and can and should do everything in your power to elevate your work to more than just letting the model do everything for you! Think like a creative, outsource skills you don't have, and try to go above and beyond with everything you do!
