Fictional demonstration project.
A simple Excel reconciliation workflow designed to compare two authorized files and identify discrepancies in SKUs, quantities, and prices.
The sample shows how I structure a traceable review process:
compare matching SKUs across two files
flag quantity and price differences
identify missing records
preserve the original data
avoid guessing or silently changing ambiguous values
provide a clear exception report for review
This project uses synthetic data only and was created as a portfolio demonstration of my Excel/CSV cleanup and reconciliation workflow.
Best suited for small product lists, inventory exports, supplier price lists, and other structured spreadsheet comparisons.

A client needed their books cleaned up from the company's inception and monthly financial reports for the current year.

This is a simple before/after of a bank reconciliation (sample figures, no client data). Before: a duplicate payment and a missing entry left the books out by KES 13,650. After: both fixed, and the difference is KES 0.00.
