Built a QR-based booking and check-in system for Northside Dental Loft, a 2-chair dental practice in Austin, TX run by Dr. Priya Anand and her assistant.

The problem: appointments were booked over the phone, and once patients arrived, there was no way to track who'd actually shown up versus who was just on the calendar — so the front desk was juggling phone calls and a mental headcount at the same time.

The fix: patients book their own slot from a weekly/monthly calendar and get instant confirmation — no calls needed. On the day, they scan a QR code (with optional location verification) to check themselves in, and Dr. Anand sees her queue update live on a single dashboard — Confirmed → Checked In → Done. Slot setup takes one tap to copy week to week, so her only ongoing work is calling patients in and marking them done.
