Analysed 113,000+ Brazilian e-commerce orders to find out what was actually driving customer dissatisfaction.
Everyone assumed it was pricing.
It was not.
On-time deliveries averaged 4.2 stars. Late deliveries dropped to 2.5 — nearly half. Logistics was the only driver. Price had zero correlation with review scores.
I called this the Satisfaction Cliff. Two specific sellers were responsible for 8% of all late orders across the entire platform.
This analysis redirected the entire retention strategy — from discounting to fulfilment.
Built in Python and delivered as a 4-page interactive Power BI dashboard with geographic heatmaps and executive recommendations.
