Project Title: Enterprise Sales Intelligence & Governance Dashboard (PoC)

The Strategy: Before deploying the full-scale governance model, I architected this Proof of Concept (PoC) to validate data-source alignment and core reporting requirements with key stakeholders.

The Outcome: This prototype allowed us to stress-test the data model and refine the KPIs, ensuring the final, production-grade dashboard was perfectly aligned with executive decision-making needs.

Aero HR Dashboard Excited to share our latest concept: Aero, a modern HR dashboard designed to simplify workforce management and improve the day-to-day experience for HR teams and team leads. The dashboard brings together employee tracking, recruitment pipelines, attendance, time off, and performance monitoring, all surfaced through clean data visualizations and an intuitive layout that keeps decision-making fast. The design challenge here was making a data-heavy interface feel approachable, solved through clear hierarchy, status-coded tags, and a restrained color palette that guides attention without creating noise.
