I’m currently starting work on an RWA (Real-World Asset) NFT project focused on real estate, in collaboration with a European-based company.
The project will explore how real-world property assets can be represented and managed through blockchain technology. I’m looking forward to working on the Web3, NFT, and real-estate aspects of the project and sharing more as development progresses.

Shared this upload component yesterday, then caught a tiny hitch in the recording.
At 0.25x, the row disappeared just before the container resized. Changed it so each row collapses its own height and the container follows.
Also shows fail/retry + offline/resume.
UTARA
A music platform for independent Indonesian artists. An artist uploads a release, it goes live on the platform, and listeners find it through artist pages and the catalogue. Payments run through Duitku, and the whole thing runs on the edge, so catalogue pages stay fast without a server to babysit.

A Hono API over D1 on Cloudflare Workers, with a Next.js front end on the same edge runtime.

A real-time intelligence dashboard tracking US Federal Government contractors, DoD awards, and retail stock sentiment. Originally designed as a drop-in module (GovCoreModule.jsx) for the Sinclair Intel platform, it operates as a standalone frontend coupled with Vercel Edge Serverless functions.
