This is a production-ready Next.js boilerplate with authentication, billing, AI integration, and an admin panel already wired together and tested end-to-end — not just scaffolded, actually working with real Stripe and Razorpay test transactions, real webhook handling, and a real Postgres database via Prisma.
The real test transactions are a useful proof point. I'd show a failed payment and its retry in the demo too, so someone can see whether account access stays in sync when billing goes wrong.
Most agent bugs are invisible: the agent loops, drops context or calls a tool it shouldn't, and all you see is a wrong answer. I wrote an agent harness from scratch in Python — loop control, context compaction, permissioned tools, sub-agents — and Harness Studio, a web app that replays every run: one lane per agent, each event explained, and the exact context each agent held when it stopped.
meet Fluffy Zealot, starring in a micro-series called The Lemon-Sky Delivery.
Fluffy Zealot is a Cloud Courier who delivers feelings across a pastel sky kingdom,. hiding a forbidden power behind her sunglasses, are eyes that can save a dying Wish.

Where the series goes next?:
Season 1 follows Fluffy as delivery-of-the-week stories slowly stitch together into one mystery, the Great Fade.
She discovers she isn't the only courier with this ability (Meringue, her rival-turned-ally, has it too), and the two start quietly investigating why color is draining from the Skies faster than couriers can restore it.
This season builds toward a reveal that the Fade isn't random, it's tied to couriers who didn't break Rule One when they should have,. meaning Fluffy Zealot, far from being reckless, may be the first courier in years brave enough to actually save anyone.
That reframes her arc from "rule-breaker" to "the one who finally noticed," and opens the door to a wider cast of couriers, each hiding their own version of the same gift.
