A missed-call text is not the same as a lead handoff.
A customer can receive an automatic reply and the business can still lose track of what happened next.
The useful question is not only, “Did a message send?” It is:
• Did the request reach a real employee? • Was there a backup when that person did not respond? • Were duplicate replies, quiet hours, opt-outs, and provider failures handled? • Is there a record showing whether the handoff actually happened?
I built Local Trade Lead Recovery for one existing phone or web-form path at one HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar trade business. It can acknowledge an eligible inquiry, collect approved details, route it to a real person and backup, log the handoff, and follow up on an open estimate only when the business has permission.
It is not an answering service, emergency dispatcher, automatic quoting system, or booking guarantee. If a business's existing phone or CRM setup already handles the entire handoff reliably, it probably does not need this.
Published pilot: $995 setup plus $349/month for bounded monitoring and maintenance. Provider costs are separate.
