The Correspondence Management System is an enterprise web application designed to manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence between departments, employees, and external organizations. It provides a centralized platform for creating, assigning, tracking, searching, and archiving official correspondence while maintaining a complete history of every action.

The system will be built using Java and Spring Boot with a scalable, event-driven architecture. Kafka will handle asynchronous events such as correspondence creation, assignment, status changes, notifications, audit events, and integrations with other systems.
